Above Hospitality Solutions has been in the industry for two decades now, having served more than 500 companies since 2004. We are a company based in Cebu, with operations expanding to the entire Cebu, Mindanao, Metro Manila and key areas in North and South Luzon.

The company was founded by two Electronics Communications Engineer. Initially incorporated in September 2004, the company Broad Broadcom Networks Inc. was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to engage in providing technical services for installation and maintenance of Information and Communications Technology equipment and components (Converged Voice, Data and/or Video Equipment, Telecommunications Systems and Associated Services) and to import such equipment and systems for domestic dealership.

Broadcom Networks Inc. offered low priced Japanese made PABX with MENDCO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION as one of their first customers. Broadcom Networks Inc. then became a dealer for NEC 2000IPS IP-PABX for the VisMin area in January 2005. Key customers such as GOLDEN HARVESTERS INTERNATIONAL (Mandaue City), ABOITIZ CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC. (Mandaue City), MANGO PARK HOTEL (Cebu City), SOUTH GENERAL HOSPITAL (City of Naga, Cebu), SILLIMAN UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER FOUNDATION INC. (Dumaguete City), NATURES VILLAGE RESORT (Talisay City, Negros Occidental), BETHEL GUEST HOUSE (Dumaguete City), LE SOLIEL DE BORACAY (Boracay Island, Aklan), AMIGO TERRACE HOTEL (Iloilo City), ANTHONY COLLEGE (Roxas City), HOTEL KORESCO  (Cagayan de Oro), DIPLOMAT HOTEL (Cebu City) form part of the initial customer base for Broadcom Networks, Inc.

In 2005, the company got PABX Maintenance Contracts from big export manufacturing companies like CEBU MITSUMI INC. in Danao City and CELESTICA PHILIPPINES INC. – a locator at Mactan Economic Zone 1 in Lapulapu City. Broadcom Networks, Inc. continued to explore more products aside from NEC IP-PABX through research and invested on products that would help its portfolio more diversified to include Structured Cabling for Voice, Data and Video Security, Centralized Public Address/Zone Paging System with interface to PABX, Fire Detection and Alarm System, CCTV Surveillance System, Wireless Networking and IP Telephony.

In 2006, more companies were added to the company’s portfolio of customers that include the following:

6. PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE – Cebu Regional Office, Cebu City
7. MINDANAO MEDICAL CENTER INC. – General Santos City
8. CEBU MITSUMI INC. – PABX SYSTEM UPGRADE Sabang, Danao City

In the same year, due to the demand for Call Accounting System, we expanded to form JINISYS SOFTWARE, INC., a software development company that provide software needs of Broadcom Networks, Inc. Folio+, a Hotel Management System which is comparable to the popular international products like Opera Property Management System is one of the products that has been developed by Jinisys Software, Inc.

In 2007, Broadcom Networks, Inc. became the first in Asia outside Singapore to implement NEC’s Wireless Telephony called Univerge Voice Over Wireless LAN. Broadcom Networks, Inc. provided supply and activation of Wireless IP Phones inside the 15-hectare factory complex of 10 buildings of the Cebu Mitsumi Inc. It was also in 2007, Broadcom Networks, Inc. was able to serve the needs of the academe; SAN SEBASTIAN COLLEGE – RECOLETOS (NEC IP-PABX) in Quiapo, Manila, new CEBU DOCTORS’ UNIVERSITY Campus (NEC IP-PABX) in Mandaue Reclamation Area and the new SACRED HEART SCHOOL – ATENEO DE CEBU campus in Canduman, Mandaue City for their Fire Detection and Alarm System, Zone Paging System and CCTV Surveillance System.

It was in 2008 when market demand started to evolve. Broadcom Networks, Inc. was able to do some IP-PABX with Networking functionality starting with TAKATA (PHILIPPINES) CORPORATION in Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna. Other major customers include NEC TELECOM SOFTWARE PHILIPPINES at Asiatown I.T. Park interconnecting their branches at Bonifacio Global City, Cebu City to their Japan Headquarters using pure IP Telephone. We continue to expand extending our services to more companies:
